The Family Partner uses knowledge gained from life experience to empower, educate and support families facing a variety of challenges. Requirements: Experience as parent/guardian of a youth with emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges and familiarity seeking child and family serving systems; Bachelor’s in a human service field and 6 months’ experience working with target population or navigating any of the child and family serving systems and teaching family members who are involved with the child; OR Associates in human services field and 1 year experience as above; OR High School (GED) and 2 years’ experience as above. Experience working with diverse families/cultures; Reliable transportation/ability to travel within community; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/occasional weekends; Strong computer literacy.
