Family Continuity‘s Intensive Flexible Family Supports (IFFS) program, provides community-based, clinical services for children and adults with disabilities and their families. Operating out of our Peabody and Lawrence offices, the Northeast Team provides interventions and supports that help children avoid out-of-home placements and obtain and maintain skills to maximize functioning in the community.

• Intensive case management
• Crisis intervention
• Family and individual therapy
• Social skills training

Referrals

Referrals are accepted through the area DDS office.

There is no cost to families enrolled in this program.
