Barbara Wilson, LICSW, President & Chief Executive Officer,joined Family Continuity in July of 2014. Barbara comes with 35+ years of experience in the Child Welfare field; she has served on many nonprofit Boards, has more than 30 years of nonprofit executive management experience and is committed to our agency mission and values. Barbara has focused her career on working to empower and better the lives of vulnerable children, youth, and families. A strong leader and advocate, Barbara has served on various State task forces and committees. She also brings knowledge of behavioral health managed care that includes insight into the ever changing healthcare landscape of integration and payment reform. Barbara holds a Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York, College at Brockport.
Tamara D. Lange, LSW, LMFT, Chief Operating Officer, joined Family Continuity in September of 2015. Ms. Lange holds Masters Degrees in Counseling and Youth Ministry and is a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Ms. Lange has over 20+ years of human services leadership and operations management experience in both the for profit and not-for-profit sectors, including the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP). She was instrumental in the development and implementation of the redesigned Emergency Services Program model, including one of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative remedy services, Mobile Crisis Intervention for Youth. Ms. Lange also brings strong experience and skills in working with both hospital entities and in community based settings, including home based services at Family Continuity, providing direct care to children and families in crisis.
Frank A. Soracco III, Chief Financial Officer, brings over 17 years of financial management experience and expertise to the programs of Family Continuity. In this role, Frank directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, insurance and MA State contracts, and monitoring of financial performance. Prior to joining Family Continuity, Frank held various challenging positions as a Financial Manager for Providence Service Corporation out of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Controller for medical instrument manufacturer Groton Biosystems in Boxborough, Massachusetts and Controller/Financial Manager for laser products manufacturer Phase4 Infrared in Lowell, Massachusetts. Frank holds a BSBA degree from Boston University.

Steve Boczenowski, Vice President, Groton, MA
Steve is President of the Family Continuity board, having been re-elected to his second term in this office in October of 2016. He is also a Board Director and will complete his first three Year Term this coming October. Steve is an Information Technology Engineer and works full time at The MITRE Corporation in Bedford MA. Steve’s interest in Family Continuity stems from surviving the tragic suicide of his adult son. Steve is committed to our mission and to public advocacy of mental health and suicide prevention. He and his wife have their own non-profit organization, Teenage Anxiety and Depression Solutions (TADS), dedicated to this cause.
Amy Smith-Boden, Andover, MA
Amy Smith-Boden MBA, APMP; Amy is the Chair of the Board's Nominating Committee and was elected to her second term as a director in October 2016. Amy has particular expertise in back office functions of companies and has participated on a variety of agency level program committees including social media and employee retention. Amy is committed to recruiting board members from our various communities that reflect the people we support in service to our mission.
Tyrone Scott, Methuen, MA
Tyrone is the Treasurer of the Family Continuity Board, Having been elected to his first term in this office in October 2016. He is also a Board Director having been elected to his first three year term in December 2015. Tyrone holds an MSW from Boston University and is an experienced senior level nonprofit manager having worked over the years in a number of child welfare agencies, and for-profit behavioral health managed care. Tyrone has both a personal and professional passion for the agency’s mission.
Allan Ryba, Wakefield, MA
Allan is a board director and is in the second year of his first three year term. All works at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Peer Bridger and brings the perspective of a person/consumer with lived experience to the board. Allen brings a passion for ending the stigmas associated with Mental Health and Substance use disorders to the governing board. Allen is active on the Fund Raising Committee and is playing an active role in putting together an annual comedy event entitled, “Stand Up to Stigma”, the proceeds of which will benefit agency programs.
