How to Donate

Family Continuity is a 501(c) (3) non-profit agency and as such, can accept contributions and offer donors a tax deduction for their gifts. This means that contributions are fully tax-deductible to the amount allowed by law.

To make a donation, please download/print the Donation Form and fill it out. Make your check payable to Family Continuity and mail to:
