Position Description: Provide the clinical, fiscal and administrative oversight for the provision of Behavioral health and human services to individuals and families in a variety of outreach, home and community based settings.
Position Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or similar degree with license eligibility (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a community
- Strong computer literacy
- Access to personal cell phone
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
